Which college has the fastest and cheapest distance learning program?
I have been trying to finish my degree for years. I have been taking CL EP examines for the past several years. I find they take to long to study for. I have researched many distance learning colleges. Most of them I could not afford. I was planning to get my degree from Excelsior College.
